ONTARIO GROW OPS GOBBLING $500 MILLION
Police whine about a "growing plague of electricity-gobbling illegal marijuana growhouses costing Ontario's hydro utilities upwards of $500 million a year." However, Ontario grow ops are also generating a whopping $4,000 million in revenue, most of which goes to families.

PHILLIPE LUCAS VICTORY
Judge grants absolute discharge and praised Lucas for providing cannabis to sick people.
