Description
WINDHAM, Maine -- Windham police have arrested twin 16-year-old brothers, accusing them of operating an organized drug trafficking ring.
Alex and James Lewis, both students at Windham High School, have been charged with 19 different juvenile offenses -- some of which are felonies.
After receiving a tip from a student, police said they served a search warrant at the Lewis home on Brown Cove Road, where they said they found marijuana, cocaine residue, needles and ledgers with the names of at least 50 people -- most of whom are students at Windham High School.
