Description
The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation files a lawsuit on behalf of Leroy Stubblefield, a quadriplegic Vietnam War veteran who had his Oregon state-licensed medical marijuana seized by a DEA agent. THCF sues the Drug Enforcement Administration, the US Justice Department and US Attorney General John Ashcroft, seeking an declaratory relief from the US federal court ordering the feds to leave state-licensed medical marijuana license-holders alone. In Oregon, the annual state license is US$150.
