Oh yah ... Chris wanted me to add the following about cocaine (perhaps we'll do a "history of coca" show - should we?) that coca, used properly (perhaps in low-dose beverages like it was served 100 years ago) serves as an effective stimulant, doesn't kill and isn't much of a health problem. The native peoples of the Andes have been using it for thousands of years, and they've never "suffered" from the miserable side effects of prohibition: Black Market Violence, concentrated (easier to transport) cocaine powder or "rocks", and the financing of CIA, wallstreet and military operations.
